The Centre uniform consists of a black and gold singlet with black
shorts and/or body suit or two piece suit. The uniform is worn at all
levels of competition and must have the appropriate cloth registration
numbers sewn or pinned on i.e. registration number at front of the
uniform and age patch on the front top left hand corner.
Shoes are compulsory.
Spiked shoes shall
not be worn by any athlete competing in the
Tiny Tots to under 8 age groups, nor by any competitor in events
which are not run in lanes, i.e. pack starts.
Spiked shoes may be worn in the long and high jump by competitors
in the under 9 to under 15 age groups and by all age groups competing
in the triple jump.
